Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team on a full-time basis. As a Registered Nurse - Critical Care/ICU, you will be responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Provide complex and multi-disciplinary care to patients in the ICU, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs.
- Lead and Mentor Nursing Team Members: Supervise, direct, and support nursing team members, including Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs), to deliver patient care.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and other nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to a Positive Work Environment: Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.

Requirements- Authority to Work in Australia
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or Equivalent
- Current Registration (No Restriction) with AHPRA
- At Least 2 Years' Experience as Registered Nurse in an Acute ICU, HDU, or CCU Setting
- Post-Graduate Certificate in ICU/CCU (Desirable)
- Clinical Experience in an ICU Environment
- Clinical Expertise and Commitment to High-Quality Patient Care and Continuous Improvement
- Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards
- Self-Motivated and Proven Ability to Work as Part of a High-Functioning Team
- Highly Developed Interpersonal Skills, Proactive, Motivated, and Customer Focused
