Aquatic Programs Instructor

The organization is seeking aquatic programs instructors to provide high-quality swimming lessons in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons that cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Organize and set up equipment required for lessons, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment, managing student behavior effectively.
Requirements:
  • Possession of current Teacher of Water Safety accreditation (Royal Lifesaving NSW or AUSTSWIM).
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering learn-to-swim programs with excellent outcomes.
  • Superb communication skills, including verbal and written interaction with students and the public.
  • Holding a current Provide CPR certificate.
