Strategic Sourcing Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team and drive the procurement of strategic relationships with providers, while delivering best-in-class procurement services.

  • Identify and lead transformational sourcing projects following a standard strategic sourcing methodology that maximizes value.
  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing processes including category analysis, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
  • Establish strong relationships across teams to ensure active and early participation in supplier-related matters.
  • Analyze spend data and industry dynamics to identify and launch sourcing projects.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiencies and maximize spend opportunity.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of experience in strategic sourcing, with broad knowledge of sourcing software, hardware, and services, running COGs and indirect spend in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and delivery of complex contracts, with an emphasis on technology-related purchases (SaaS, IT Operations, HR, Marketing, Facilities, and Finance) and consulting services.
  • Ability to understand, translate, and refine business cases for successful sourcing/vendor relationships.
  • Experienced negotiation skills in financial and business matters, including commercial terms for strategic contracts.
  • Ability to present technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
  • Teamwork-oriented.
  • Global work experience, working with partners, team members, and suppliers.
  • Expertise across the full lifecycle of strategic sourcing and corporate procurement activities including sourcing strategies, RFP development & analysis, supplier selection, contract negotiations, contract preparation, and review and analysis.
  • Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of legal and technology-related contract terms and conditions.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies and tools.
