Our clients are individuals experiencing homelessness or sleeping rough, Indigenous Australians, and people with diagnosed and undiagnosed mental illness, poverty, and domestic and family violence.
As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe daily operations of our clinic, overseeing accreditation and quality improvement processes, and having operational oversight of our Homeless Healthcare Partnership Program.
You will also maintain collaborative relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to ensure the success of this role.
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible RN who has a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients. Ideally, you will have five or more years' experience working within primary healthcare and an interest in chronic disease, mental health, and accreditation and program oversight experience.
