Role Overview
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aged Care Leader to join our team at Bupa Campbelltown, a delightful care home located in a quiet residential suburb near the Adelaide foothills.
The Role
As our Senior Aged Care Leader, you will work closely with the General Manager to lead and manage the delivery of person-centred care to residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning, and evaluation. You will oversee daily clinical operations, support and lead the care home clinical team, review clinical incidents and complaints, and prepare and conduct clinical governance audits.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
- Support and lead the care home clinical team, including coaching, mentoring, staff allocations, delegation, performance management, and education.
- Review clinical incidents, complaints, and changes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead compliance with ACFI assessments, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Manage person-centred care planning and evaluation for residents, including case conferencing with families and carers.
- Prepare and conduct clinical governance audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Liaise with allied health, medical practitioners, and other services to provide optimal resident care.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits include:

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration is essential.
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is required.
- Post-graduate qualification in aged care is highly regarded.
- Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds.
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting.
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities.
- Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
