We are seeking a passionate and engaging Eye Care Assistant to join our team in Geraldton
You will be involved in the customer's journey from initial consult and pre-testing, to customising High-Fashion frames (from Luxury Brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co. and Gucci) to suit their lifestyle.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives. As an Eye Care Assistant, you will have the chance to work with high-quality products and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service and assist customers in selecting the right product for their needs.
- Work with customers to customise High-Fashion frames to suit their lifestyle.
- Assist customers with pre-testing and initial consultations.
- Retail experience – optical desired but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a quick learner.
- Passion to help others see the beauty in life.
