Housekeeping Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a medium-sized team and oversee our housekeeping department.

Job Description

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing housekeeping personnel, ensuring exceptional service delivery. They will also communicate effectively with the department, front office, and guests on resort products, guest satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train housekeeping personnel in delivering exceptional service
  • Communicate effectively with the department, front office, and guests
  • Monitor maintenance requirements for guest accommodation and public areas
  • Prepare rooms for new staff arrivals and maintain clean and well-stocked staff communal areas

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping Management role
  • High energy levels and enthusiasm
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to lead a team and create a fantastic work environment
