IT Career Advancement Program

This 12-month capacity uplift program is designed to transition participants into a permanent engagement with our client after completion of the program. Throughout this period, you will work closely with industry-leading coaches and mentors to ensure you are ready to tackle the necessary responsibilities in the unique role ahead.

As a participant in this program, you will be part of a close-knit team supporting existing business areas on-site at our client's Canberra office. You will have the opportunity to support a breadth of Federal Government IT work in Canberra and gain valuable experience in an IT role such as Service Desk, Help Desk, Service Management or Testing roles.

Our goal is to empower organisations to grow, innovate, and operate more efficiently by providing secure and reliable information management solutions.

We are ideally looking for candidates who hold an Australian Citizenship, have prior experience in the professional workforce, and are looking to grow within the dynamic IT space. Prior experience working within Federal Government is highly desirable.
