About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled landscape gardener to maintain the presentation and cleanliness of our community grounds and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all gardens, lawns, paths, and roadways through regular upkeep and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure all lawns, including residential site frontages, are well-maintained through mowing and edging trim.
  • Manage weeds in common areas and grounds through effective weeding and weed control strategies.
  • Perform general planting and garden maintenance, including pruning and mulching, to keep our outdoor spaces looking their best.
  • Water all common areas and lawns efficiently and effectively.
  • Undertake basic hedge trimming (below shoulder height) and tree maintenance, including general pruning, to ensure our landscapes remain healthy and visually appealing.
  • Clean external building windows, facades, and infrastructure according to a scheduled operational plan.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in landscape gardening in a commercial or public environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience in hard and soft landscaping is necessary for this role.
  • A customer-centric approach to dealing with end customers is essential.
  • Current valid Class C driver's license is required.
  • Construction Industry White Card is also a requirement.
