Job Description

In this key role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the efficient conversion of organic waste into valuable resources through hands-on involvement in process and quality control, sample collection, waste audits, and data-driven improvements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing process and quality control measures, conducting sample collection and testing of materials throughout different stages of processing, performing waste audits, managing site documentation, producing clear and concise reports summarizing findings, analyses, and recommendations for process improvements, and supporting continuous improvement efforts by recommending and implementing modifications to enhance plant efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline, experience in process and quality control ideally within waste management, chemical manufacturing, or a related sector, strong technical writing skills for producing detailed and accurate reports, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, knowledge of waste processing technologies such as composting or anaerobic digestion, and familiarity with environmental and regulatory compliance related to waste management.
