About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Development Specialist to support and develop our next generation of Mental Health Nurses.

This role will provide direct clinical support and supervision, working closely with our Mental Health Education team to deliver theoretical and practice study days.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in monitoring, developing, and evaluating learners' progress through written and practical assessments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute adult mental health nursing, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an inpatient setting. A current AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications, such as a degree or postgraduate diploma in psychiatric/mental health nursing, are essential.
