Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to welcome visitors and provide insightful guidance on our museum exhibits and collections.

  • Work in a hands-on role that supports the daily operations, presentation, and promotion of two iconic sites – the Goulburn Historic Waterworks and the Rocky Hill War Memorial.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a high-quality experience for visitors.

As a Casual Museum Attendant, you will be working in a dynamic and inclusive environment where your opinion is valued. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team to deliver a world-class visitor experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A passion for history, heritage, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
