The Role

This Full-Time cleaning position at Fairfield Gardens comes with a competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000 per annum (depending on experience) and a roster from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:36 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Prior experience in commercial or retail cleaning is preferred, but not essential.
  • A strong understanding of chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques is required (or willingness to learn).
  • Cleaning machinery experience, particularly with scrubbing, buffing, and car park sweepers, is highly desirable.
  • You must have good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices.
  • Physical fitness is essential for carrying out standard duties and walking lengthy periods.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to follow instructions are vital.
  • Verbal and written English communication skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including public holidays, is also required.
  • Valid work rights in Australia are mandatory.
