Job Overview

We are seeking a Trade Operations Support Professional to join our team in Western Australia. This role will support electricians and mechanical fitters with field tasks, ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are ready and available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with field tasks, including preparation of work areas with appropriate safety setups.
  • Support the installation of electrical systems and mechanical assemblies.
  • Participate in basic testing and troubleshooting under supervision.
  • Accurately record inspections, observations, and help prepare compliance and project reports.
  • Actively participate in learning opportunities to gain knowledge of systems and standards.
  • Accurately complete timesheets and job tracking records.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a trade assistant or similar field-based role.
  • Must be a Kalgoorlie resident.
  • Strong interest in mechanical or electrical systems, with a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of crane products is desirable.
  • Crane Driving Certificate of Competency required.
  • Dogging/Rigging licence highly regarded.
  • EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket desirable.
  • Valid and current Driver Licence essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
