Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail. They will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality across all areas of the business.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every interaction is positive and memorable
- Assist with barista duties during busy periods and maintain high standards
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and enforce consistency and quality across all areas of the business
- Foster a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, working positively with customers and staff
Requirements
- At least 1 year medium to high volume barista experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and outgoing personality, with a commitment to enforcing standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Bakery experience an advantage, but general cafe/hospo experience essential
