Infrastructure Advisor

The role of Infrastructure Advisor requires a dedicated and experienced professional to provide high-level advice and consultancy services to housing associated with schools, senior management, and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality facilities services and advice to clients across a broad range of facilities planning, investment, and asset management issues.

This includes coordinating with other regional facilities teams, Infrastructure Services Division, and external service providers in the provision of a broad range of facilities services. Additionally, collaboration with staff across regional facilities teams, Infrastructure Services Division, and other agencies is required to provide a comprehensive field-based facility support service to clients.

The role involves overnight travel, requiring a current driver's license, and traveling by small aircraft to remote locations within the region to inspect and manage works on housing assets. To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in Building Construction and Maintenance management and/or coordination of school resources, assets, and facilities. A Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services is also mandatory.
