About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Coach to join our team at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd. As an Aquatic Coach, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults, focusing on water safety and stroke technique.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for swimming and teaching, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for creating engaging and challenging lesson plans, providing constructive feedback, and promoting a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver swimming lessons to groups of children and adults
  • Create and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students on their progress and technique
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current First Aid Certificate (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
  • A Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check
  • A Current SWIM Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Previous experience as a swimming coach or instructor (not essential but highly regarded)
