Job Title: Membership Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Services Representative to join our thriving team at the Clayton Zap Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving an exceptional member experience and building strong relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive member growth and sales through exceptional customer service and relationship-building
  • Provide high-end premium service to members, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Collaborate with the State Performance Manager to achieve sales and growth targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide administrative support as required, including data entry and reporting

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer service role, with a proven track record of success
  • Interest and passion for health and fitness, with a desire to help others achieve their goals
  • Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative and motivation
