Job Title: Senior Project Officer – ARC Indigenous Futures Centre
">Job Description:

- Liaise with key stakeholders including Indigenous communities, research partners, and funding bodies.\
- Provide high-level administrative support across personnel, financial, travel, and research activity management.\
- Coordinate project communications including newsletters, podcasts, webinars, websites, and event promotion.\
- Prepare reports, budgets, compliance documentation, and progress updates in line with project requirements.\
- Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events, training programs, and community engagements.\
- Assist in organising travel and accommodation for project staff and visitors.\
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff and team members.\
- Other duties as required.\">
Key Requirements:
\- \
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.\
- Proven experience in managing complex research projects and reporting requirements.\
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.\
- Demonstrated ability to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in ways that uphold self-determination, cultural safety, and respectful engagement.\
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.\
- A high level of initiative, independence, and sound judgement.\
- Proficiency in office software and digital communication tools (e.g. websites, email marketing, spreadsheets).\">
