Lead Practice Partner - Early Childhood Education Expert

About the Role:

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as a Lead Practice Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to shape quality Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) across the State.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse Practice data for each centre and present recommendations to State Managers on the Quality Improvement Plan
  • Lead the Practice Partners to ensure the delivery of high quality and consistent Practice across centres
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and co-ordination of state practice improvement teams supporting centres to lift practice through the use of Quality Rating Scales, nationally and state accredited Early Learning Frameworks
  • Review the outcomes and effectiveness of practice interventions to improve service quality
  • Take an active role in the State and National Leadership Teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year Early Childhood qualification from a recognised university
  • Tested track record of teaching and learning practice uplift delivery
  • Experience in working at a "State" or national level in practice uplift
  • Extensive practice-based early childhood education experience (aged birth to 8 years)
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, other State based approved/recognised learning guidelines and the National Quality Standard
