Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role
To succeed in this position, you will need to focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for our client while also being highly motivated and a team player.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills and a passion for all aspects of grounds maintenance.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience with soft landscaping and irrigation (optional).
- A current police check within the last 12 months.
- A working with children check.
- A valid driver's license.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and conducting daily tasks for our client.
- Performing general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other tasks.
- Trimming overgrown branches, hedges, and leaves.
- Supervising maintenance and repairs to equipment, client grounds, outdoor areas, nature strips, and walkways.
- Planting new decorative plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees when required.
- Maintaining the upkeep of landscaping design and plant growth.
- Removing weeds and dead plants.
- Providing advice to our client on how to care for the landscaping and grounds.
