Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced training professional to deliver high-quality sessions for students in various business courses, including Leadership and Management, Marketing and Communication, Project and Program Management, Business, Digital Media Marketing, and others.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and maintain learning tools that align with industry needs and VET training packages.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality training sessions for students enrolled in various business courses.
  • To assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • To develop and maintain learning and assessment tools, as well as curriculum materials that align with industry needs and VET training packages.
  • To participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), or Diploma or higher level qualification in adult education.
  • Practical industry experience in the relevant field, with a strong understanding of BSB training packages and VET industry requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
