Festive Seasonal Opportunities

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our seasonal team, providing exceptional customer service and support across our Westfield destinations.

As a key member of our seasonal services team, you'll play a vital role in delivering memorable experiences for our customers. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations, provide helpful solutions, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service and assisting customers with directions and information
  • Greeting and supporting customers during peak periods
  • Contributing to the efficient management of car park operations and traffic flow
  • Operating a buggy to enhance safety and operational support within the car park

Key Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Hold a provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggy
  • Availability for shifts from September to January/February, with flexibility throughout the festive period
