Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Telstra Health. As a Service Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone, email, and remote support to clients with Level 1 support and general product queries.
  • Log calls and liaise with other Telstra Health team members to resolve issues.
  • Manage incidents and requests in our call management system.
  • Communicate case status and progress to clients in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot Level 1 Support issues and engage in weekly, fortnightly, or monthly meetings with clients.
  • Produce documentation for client instruction.

About You

You may have recently finished your IT qualification or have some experience in providing technical customer support. You will work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and customers. You will be looking for a role where you can use your skills and aptitude to help maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in IT.
  • Experience in a Customer Service skills an asset in Call Centre/helpdesk environment.
  • Pragmatic but detail-oriented, and ability to quickly prioritize actions.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Case Management system.
  • Experience in technology/development environment.
