About the role:

The Global and Regional Division leads the University's commitments to its markets and communities, carrying oversight of the University's strategic intent to connect globally and locally, attracting students and partners worldwide.

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for increasing channel engagement and conversions by managing audience planning, customer insights, and campaign activities across various channels. This includes optimizing the student recruitment, application, and onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing segment, journey, and recruitment strategies to drive business growth.
  • Crafting domestic segment audience strategy, promotional campaign strategies, and tactical plans spanning the entire marketing mix to engage target audiences.
  • Providing strategic leadership and oversight of a cross-functional team, encompassing content, paid media, web, and digital to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Managing customer-specific journey mapping and process discovery and design to enhance user experience.
  • Aligning with Schools, market intelligence, product, and recruitment teams on strategy development and prioritization to achieve shared goals.
  • Contributing to work relating to customer and insights technologies, such as CRM systems, lead capture processes, and approaches to improve data-driven decision making.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in marketing/business, management, design, or a related area combined with extensive relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize customer data and insights for integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Specialist understanding and experience with buyer behavior and segmentation practices, including customer journey mapping and audience personas.
  • Ability to be responsible for program development and implementation to drive results.
  • Experience developing innovative solutions and contributing to strategic planning to achieve organizational objectives.
