Primary School Aged Childcare Worker

As our ideal candidate, you will assist the Director of Service in creating enriching experiences for children, ensuring program compliance according to industry regulations, interacting with parents, playing and engaging with primary school-aged children, and co-managing or coordinating during school holiday programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement engaging programs based on child preferences.
- Evaluate and improve program delivery to meet industry standards.
- Foster strong relationships with parents through regular communication and attendance at events.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment for children.
- Assist in planning and coordinating activities during school holidays.
In this role, you will work Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 9:00am and 2:30pm to 6:15pm, with administrative hours included. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, energetic, and loves having fun. Ideal candidates possess excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and effective communication skills.
