Project Coordinator

As a skilled Project Coordinator, you will oversee workflow management and ensure the timely delivery of civil works. This role is ideal for individuals with strong onsite experience and excellent client interaction skills.

About the Role
  • Coordinate/respond to client queries
  • Provide verified technical information to stakeholders
  • Liaise with clients/site teams on engineering issues
  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality
  • Lead daily HSE (SWMS, toolboxes, inspections)
  • Produce daily/weekly reports
  • Oversee supplier/subcontractor performance
  • Support procurement, estimation & tenders
  • Manage ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, IRs, SDSs, MDRs
  • Develop/implement engineering solutions

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or similar)
  • Valid Driver's Licence (essential for DIDO)
  • Strong site-based and client-facing experience
  • Experience with PERI formwork, V-pits, pre-fab metals (adv.)
  • Skilled in handling TQs and technical documentation
  • Proficient with MS Project & reporting
  • Knowledge of QA and HSE systems
  • Confident communicator, proactive and detail-oriented

We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to take charge of this boots-on-the-ground role.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Strong onsite experience and client interaction skills
  • PERI formwork experience an advantage
  • Technical documentation and communication skills
  • MS Project proficiency
  • HSE knowledge and compliance

This contract runs for 3-4 months with potential for extension, based approx. 2.5 hours from Perth.
