Job Opportunity

The Procurement Systems and Data Analyst will ensure the accuracy and compliance of SAP contract pricing and condition records.

Support Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme (TFES) claims by processing, documenting, and reviewing compliance.

  • Maintain and manage SAP contract pricing and condition records.
  • Support TFES claims by processing, documenting, and reviewing compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and enhance processes.

Drive process improvement by streamlining operations and enhancing data accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong SAP experience – ideally with pricing, vendor, and contract maintenance.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and support cross-functional teams.
  • Procurement expertise with a solid understanding of supplier contracts, invoices, and cost allocation.
  • Demonstrated process improvement capability.
  • Root cause analysis skills.
