Garden Horticulture Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Horticulturalist to join our team. As a key member of our horticultural team, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our gardens.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and improve the quality of our gardens through expert knowledge of plant care, weed management, and soil maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any issues with irrigation systems, pests, or diseases.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional results and contribute to our company's vision.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Horticulture or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with garden maintenance tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and pest/disease management.
- Driver's license is required.
