Physiotherapist Graduate Program

We are seeking passionate Graduate Physiotherapists to develop their clinical expertise across the NDIS and community.

About the Role

You will help participants across diverse caseloads of neurological, progressive neurological, and disability participants. Your caseloads will include individuals with multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, post-stroke, amputations, and motor neuron disease, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and design impactful therapy sessions to improve balance, range of movement, posture, and muscle strength
  • Support through hydrotherapy sessions or completing respiratory assessments and treatments
  • Complete postural assessments and trialling assistive technology such as standing frames and manual wheelchairs
  • Collaborate with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for clients
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work

About You

We're after Physios with a genuine interest in supporting participants with Disability who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.

You Will Also Hold:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with graduation date in 2025 or January 2026
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain)
