Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Blaster/Painter to join our team at DIALOG Fitzroy Ltd, a leading provider of heavy engineering solutions. As a Blaster/Painter, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on steel surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate abrasive blasting equipment to prepare steel surfaces for painting
- Apply paint coatings to steel surfaces using rollers, brushes, and airless/conventional sprayers
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience in abrasive blasting and painting steel surfaces
- Relevant trade qualifications and certifications
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and quality
