Job Title

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Sydney, New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations.
  • Research and analyse tax technical issues across various tax areas (Division 7A, tax residency, CGT concessions and rollovers, trust law, withholding tax, tax consolidation, loss testing, international tax, etc.).
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners and managers to deliver exceptional client service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting or Law.
  • Experience in business services or tax advisory services in a chartered accounting or law firm environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian tax system, tax legislation, and different business structures.
  • Excellent research, analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
