Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our team at Riverton Hospital – Wakefield Aged Care. We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality personal care to our clients based on their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to clients in a residential aged care facility">
  • Work collaboratively with nursing teams to deliver high-quality care">
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming">

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

  • ">
  • Previous experience working in aged care or a similar field">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification">
  • Current first aid and CPR certification">
