About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our operations and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our water treatment plants across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain water treatment plants at designated locations in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
  • Install and service chemical feed and water treatment equipment as required.
  • Conduct water analysis and collect samples for laboratory testing.
  • Prepare and distribute on-site reports and log sheets.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on water treatment plant equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues with pumps, pipework, instruments, and control panels.
  • Maintain critical spare parts inventory on site.
  • Travel to provide support to different projects in the WA and NT region as needed.
Requirements
  • A tertiary education in a relevant field such as water operations, mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering, or a trade qualification with relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret instruction manuals, safety manuals, P&ID's, equipment data, and laboratory analysis.
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
