This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes and producing high-quality products by mixing various raw ingredients according to recipes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix raw ingredients according to recipes to produce high-quality products.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of plant and equipment.
  • Handle and transport ingredients throughout the production process.
  • Perform various production tasks, including high-quality packaging.
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall production efficiency.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Prior batching/mixing experience in food manufacturing environments is essential.
  • A good understanding of food safety.
  • Great mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to complete forms and add data into the system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg.
  • Current forklift ticket.
