Assistant Retail Manager Role
This is a full-time position that involves working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and ensure store operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have management experience, excellent customer service skills, and be able to motivate and inspire their team. They should also be skilled in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.

A passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable, but not essential. The successful applicant will be an adventure lover, eco-warrior, expert, and team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive work environment.
