">The Talent Mill is supporting an exceptional Global Contemporary Designer Brand in finding a skilled Sales Associate for their Melbourne QV boutique. This role requires proficiency in Mandarin.
">The Opportunity
">This brand is renowned for its high-quality fabrications and elegant designs, sought after by customers worldwide. As a Stylist, you will work closely with the in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and personalized service experiences.
">- Serve as the ultimate brand ambassador, communicating ANINE BING's values and philosophy to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience in-store and digitally.
- Collaborate with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Develop expertise in fashion and product knowledge to deliver styling services.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, driving sales through personal outreach.
- Be comfortable selling in-store and virtually, leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space.
- Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, online fulfillment, and visual merchandising.
The Ideal Candidate
">We are seeking a motivated individual passionate about fashion, with excellent interpersonal skills and customer service experience. Key qualifications include:
">- 1-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in direct customer service.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to take initiative, build, and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented focus.
- Organized, timely, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, engaging energy and ability to work a flexible schedule.
