Stellar Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading national civil contracting business, a major force in Australia's civil construction sector. This company specializes in the construction of transport infrastructure, including road upgrade projects for state road authorities.
About the RoleAs a Senior Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and allocating resources, overseeing and guiding daily activities on site. The initial project involves the construction of a $25 million scope of works, with a program set to run through until completion.
The project will involve managing bulk earthworks, road widening, and overlay under MRWA specifications. You will ensure all works adhere to and comply with the site HSE management plan, driving an injury-free safety culture and ensuring HSE compliance across the site.
On this project, you will work on a 2/1 FIFO roster ex-Perth, with all accommodation, meals, flights, PPE, and site vehicle supplied. This role is suitable for a proven Senior Civil Supervisor with demonstrated experience delivering multiple road and pavement construction projects in Australia for civil contractors.
A competitive remuneration package, circa $180,000 base + super and 30% site uplift, will apply. Key requirements include:
- 10+ years' experience as a Civil Supervisor in the West Australian civil sector, including Main Roads/pavement construction projects (MRWA) while employed by civil contractors
- Proven success as a Civil Supervisor managing construction teams and effective utilization of plant and equipment to achieve project milestones
- Excellent communication skills to liaise at all levels with various stakeholders
- Able to undertake a 2/1 FIFO roster ex Perth
- Perth-based currently, with existing rights to live and work in Australia
- Able to pass pre-employment medical/DAS testing
- Able to furnish 2 favourable references from within the last 5 years
- Clean WA C Class Drivers License
