Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer/Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain information security solutions, including Web Access Management, to ensure secure access to our systems and data.
- Configure and implement Single Sign-on solutions, particularly CA Siteminder, including Federation (SAML) configuration, CA IDM, and CA Directory.
- Provide production and operational support, including attending to user requests, monitoring application alerts, performing health checks, and managing incidents.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Proxy servers, UNIX, Linux, Windows, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong experience in identity and access management administration, monitoring, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
