Job Description
  • This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic services and support individuals to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in consultation with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  2. Conduct assessments and provide therapy sessions to children, adolescents, and adults with communication disorders.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain effective communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility to register upon graduation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and demonstrate flexibility in response to client needs.
