About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Territory Manager to join our Footwear team in NSW & QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, leading a thriving culture, and developing people internally for future success.

This role oversees a footprint of Footwear retail stores and Concession network spread across Sydney and QLD. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reach KPI targets and ensure staff are aware and trained on store goals and how to achieve them
  • Prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets
  • Manage escalated store or customer complaints if required, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
  • Manage employee life-cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Nurture direct reports' growth and development to create a talent pipeline within the retail network
  • Assist in managing external relationships with department stores and centre management

Skills and Experience

We require a strong finance acumen, excellent communication skills, and ability to coach and influence commercially. Previous experience as an Area Manager in fashion apparel or footwear business is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include incentives for achievement of region budgets, quarterly uniform allowance and car allowance, generous discounts across Brand Collective's stable of brands, and more.
