Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at Bank of Queensland. As the face of the bank within the branch, you will provide exceptional customer service to our customer network, developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Teller duties, including general enquiries, account opening/closing, deposits, and withdrawals
- Floor walking and initiating quality conversations with customers
- Referring customers for credit cards and insurances
- Inbound and outbound calling to maintain and build customer relationships
- Daily maintenance of the ATM
- Cash management, including ATM services and Travelex
- Stationery orders
- A strong focus on compliance
About You
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer with outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills. You will thrive in this environment by demonstrating:
- Previous customer service experience, with banking experience advantageous but not required
- A contributor to a collaborative team environment
- A willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues
- A driven approach to taking a personalised approach with every customer interaction
- A 'can do' approach to all aspects of your role
- The ability to learn and confidently use a number of technical financial systems
