Lead Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for leading up to 20 restaurants in NSW, training and coaching Corporate Restaurant Managers and Franchise Partners, developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying potential future sites, and managing openings of new restaurants.

The successful applicant will have at least 5 years of experience in multi-site management, preferably with 10 or more restaurants, across franchised and corporate locations. You will also have a proven track record in planning and execution of New Restaurant Openings, people pipeline development, and driving Franchise performance through influence, coaching, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage up to 20 restaurants in NSW
  • Train, coach, and support Corporate Restaurant Managers and Franchise Partners
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Identify potential future sites
  • Manage openings of new restaurants
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in multi-site management
  • Proven track record in planning and execution of New Restaurant Openings
  • People pipeline development
  • Driving Franchise performance through influence, coaching, and engagement
