Engineering Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Engineering Surveyor to join our Civil Infrastructure Team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and precise engineering surveys and survey reductions for the design and construction of projects.

• Provide engineering surveys and survey reductions for the design and construction of projects, adhering to current industry best practice and relevant regulations.
• Undertake topographical, detail, construction set out, Work as Executed (WAE), and conformance surveys and reports.
• Support the timely, accurate, and precise surveys and survey reductions for Real Property Cadastral projects, adhering to current industry best practice and relevant regulations.
• Determine work priority and scheduling for allocated surveys to achieve cost-effective and innovative outcomes within budgetary frameworks and timeframes.

• Substantial experience in office and field work, with knowledge of principals and practices for the collection of survey data and set out for construction.
• Diploma in Surveying or equivalent.
• Demonstrated competence in the use of modern Surveying equipment, such as Robotic Total Station, GNSS equipment, scanning, and survey-specific remote piloted aircraft (drone).
• Demonstrated competence in the use of survey-specific and general software, including Autocad, Civil 3D, 12D, least squares programs, and the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to produce written reports and survey plans.

• Base Salary Range: $89,831 to $105,680 pa, based on a 35 hour week, plus 11.5% superannuation.
