About This Role

As a dedicated Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical management and coordination across local aged care facilities.

You will conduct regular resident reviews and support person-centred care plans, working closely with a Nursing Regional Manager and admin staff. You will also build strong relationships with residents, families, and facility partners, using your clinical knowledge and IT skills to ensure quality outcomes.

This is an autonomous role that offers flexibility and freedom, with regular travel to partnering homes required.
