Job Title

A Store Team Member plays a crucial part in maintaining a welcoming store environment by ensuring our customers have a safe and seamless shopping experience.

This role involves completing cleaning tasks across departments and the entire store, utilizing equipment and products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub and buff floors.

The ideal candidate will provide great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy and pace, while maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Cleaning responsibilities: Completing cleaning tasks, using equipment and products to clean floors and shelves.
  • Trolley collection: Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions.

About You and Your Skills:

  • Physical demands: Being physically fit, active and energetic, with the ability to lift up to 17kgs.
  • Availability: Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week, including some autonomy required.
