Employment Support Consultant Role

At Max Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Employment Support Consultant to join our team. As an Employment Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing workplace support to our customers with disability, working with employers to find flexible and innovative solutions, and providing ongoing employment support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to customers and employers based on individual needs
  • Enhance long-term and sustainable employment for customers
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities with customers and employers
  • Continuously create or generate new employment opportunities for our customers

About You:

  • You have a strong understanding of the challenges our customers with disabilities may face when commencing new employment
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and employers
  • You have a sales/customer service background and are able to work autonomously
  • You are aware of vulnerabilities to employment and have a willingness to obtain a Criminal History check and Working with Children/Vulnerable People card
