About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee site maintenance, upgrades, and security systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractors and vendors for facilities operations, maintaining essential services like heating, cooling, and fire safety, and coordinating facilities issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in facilities coordination or similar, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, sound decision making and time management skills, and autonomous work with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of site maintenance, including repairs, upgrades, and preventative measures.

  • Coordinate facilities issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
