Principal Academic Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to lead and manage the Special Education Program and Early Childhood Development Program.
The successful applicant will provide advice to classroom teachers, develop effective reasonable adjustments for students with disability, and work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and external partners.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working with students with disability and a commitment to inclusive education.
The Deputy Principal will be responsible for coordinating intensive targeted teaching for students requiring intervention and managing the delivery of high-quality advice and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant qualification in special education and early childhood development
- Experience working with students with disability
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and external partners
