Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Back-End Developer to join our team at Remote Staff.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to have extensive experience in back-end development activities, including writing efficient PHP modules, developing optimized database systems, and integrating data storage solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and be proficient in PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony. Experience with VueJS, AngularJS, and RESTful APIs is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex back-end applications using PHP.
  • Collaborate with UI designers, software testers, product owners, and other software developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure code quality by adhering to coding standards, best practices, and testing methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and code issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in PHP development, including class-level design.
  • Expertise in PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
  • Experience with VueJS, AngularJS, and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Work Environment

This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate should be able to work independently and manage their time effectively. Regular video meetings and collaboration tools will be used to stay connected with the team.
